Study on CO2 separation technology based on pressurized chemical looping combustion with CaSO4 oxygen carrier

摘要: 介绍了基于钙基载氧体煤加压化学链燃烧分离CO2的技术,分析了加压条件下燃料反应器内温度与燃料的摩尔比对气相、固相平衡组分的影响,以及在最佳温度和摩尔比范围内压力对不同组分的影响。研究了压力对燃料和载氧体转换率的影响以及不同压力下温度对燃料和载氧体转换率及SO2和H2S含量的影响。论述了压力对氧化反应器内不同组分的影响。结果表明,加压条件下及燃料反应器内最佳反应温度为850~950℃,最佳的载氧体与燃料摩尔比为0.250,最佳最小压力为0.5MPa;随着压力的增加,有利于减少SO2和H2S的排放,提高载氧体和燃料的转换率。在空气反应器内,压力增加利于减少SO2排放及提高载氧体的循环利用率。

Abstract:
The CO2 separation technology based on pressurized CLC with Calciumbased oxygen carrier was introduced. The influences of the temperature and the mole ratio of the fuel in the fuel reactor under pressurized condition on the gas phase and solid phase balance constituents were analyzed, and the influence of the pressure in range of optimal temperature and mole ratio on the different constituents was analyzed too. The influence of pressure on the conversion rate of the fuel and the oxygen carrier was studied. The influences of the temperature under different pressure on the conversion rate of the fuel and the oxygen carrier and the contents of SO2 and H2S were investigated. The influence of the pressure in the oxidation reactor on different constituents was expounded. The results show that under pressurized condition, the optimal reaction temperature in the fuel reactor is 850℃ to 950℃, the optimal mole ratio of the oxygen carrier and the fuel is 0.25, the optimal minimum pressure is 0.5MPa; To increase the pressure is useful for reducing the emissions of SO2 and H2S and improving the conversion rate of the oxygen carrier and the fuel. In the air reactor, to increase the pressure is useful for reducing the emission of SO2 and improving the cycle utilization rate of the oxygen carrier.
