核电站凝汽器管板钛复层修复工艺

摘要: 核电站凝汽器管板钛复层损坏导致的后果很严重,凝汽器检修中必须对管板损坏高度重视,并制订详细的检修方案。针对三门核电有限公司 #1机组凝汽器安装过程中管板钛复层损坏的实际情况,结合凝汽器运行维护手册,全面分析了管板钛复层可能出现的损坏形式并制订了相应的修复方案。

Abstract: The damage of the titanium coating on the tube plate of condenser of nuclear power plant can lead very severe consequences, so it is necessary to pay high attention to the damage of the tube plate in condenser maintenance process and to formulate a detailed maintenance scheme. Aiming at the practical damage situation of titanium coating of tube plate of unit No.1 in Sanmen Nuclear Power Company Limited in condenser installation process, combining with the condenser operation and maintenance manual, the possible damage forms of the titanium coating of the tube plate were analyzed comprehensively, and the corresponding repairing scheme was formulated.
