循环水浊度升高的原因分析与对策

摘要: 大唐林州热电有限责任公司 #1机组循环水浊度异常升高,通过分析得出浊度升高的原因为循环水凉水塔底部清理周期长、凉水塔周围环境恶劣、杀菌剂剥离黏泥、循环水泵启停引起污泥翻滚等,提出了控制循环水浊度的对策和建议。

Abstract: The turbidity of the circulating water of unit NO.1 of Datang Linzhou Thermal Power Company Limited increased abnormally. According to analysis, it was determined that the reasons of higher turbidity of circulating water are as below: the cleaning period for the bottom of circulating water cooling tower is too long, the ambient environment of the cooling tower is bad, the bactericide peeled off and polluted by paste, the circulating water pump causes the paste to roll up during starting and stopping, and so on. The countermeasures and suggestions for controlling the turbidity of the circulating water were put forward.
