摘要：针对电气二次设备硬件故障率较高、备品备件管理不足影响板件的取用和设备缺陷消除的状况，提出了采用手机二维码技术管理备品备件，以达到设备缺陷快速消除之目的。

Abstract:

Abstract:The hardware fault rate of electrical secondary devices is higher, and the spare parts management is not perfect, so to find the suitable circuit boards needed for site repair immediately is more difficult and the defects of the devices can not be eliminated quickly. Aiming at this problem, a new management method of spare parts by mobile twodimensional barcode technology was put forward, which is helpful for eliminating device defects quickly.
