摘要:介绍了某电厂空气压缩机常规冷却方式及全厂压缩空气系统概况,结合该厂实际,分析了空气压缩机冷却循环水余热利用方案及系统设计的经济性。提出了采用板式换热器来替代冷却塔对空气压缩机润滑油进行冷却的设计思路。

Abstract:

Abstract:The conventional cooling mode of the air compressor of a power plant and the air compressor system of the whole plant were introduced. Combining with the actual situation of the plant, the waste heat utilization scheme of cooling circulating water for the air compressors and economic performance of the system design were analyzed. A design idea was proposed, in which the cooling tower will be replaced by plate heat exchanger to cool the lubricant oil of the air compressors.
