摘要: 摘要:针对火电厂在实际燃烧过程中需要燃烧一定比例的非设计煤种的问题,以山西某电厂多煤种混煤为研究对象,分析了不同配比下混煤燃烧对单位发电成本的影响,以枚举法作为寻优方法,计算得到多煤种掺烧的最佳配比方案。在此基础上,开发了1套实用的混煤掺烧配煤软件,可减少燃料成本,以保证电厂的经济效益。

Abstract: Abstract:In practical operation of a power plant, a certain percentage of nondesigned coal may be blended with the designed coal and burned. Taking multiple coal grades blending in a power plant in Shanxi as research object, the influence of coal blending with different blend ratio on the generating cost was analyzed. The enumeration method was used to search the optimal blend scheme, and a best blend ratio for multiple coal grades blending was obtained by calculation. Based on this, a practical multiple coal grades blending software system was developed, and it is able to reduce the fuel cost and to improve the economic efficiency of the power plant by this software.
