摘要: 摘要:介绍了干式低污染燃烧器及低NOx燃烧技术。装配在9E燃气轮机上的干式低污染燃烧器,摒弃了常规扩散燃烧方式,改为均相预混的湍流火焰传播燃烧方式,在燃用天然气的机组负荷超过50%额定负荷时,其NOx的排放质量浓度可控制在37mg/m3以下,低于国标要求的50mg/m3的限值。

Abstract: Abstract:The drytype lowpollution burner and the low NOx combustion technology were introduced. In the drytype lowpollution burner, which is installed on the 9E gas turbine, the conventional diffusion combustion mode was discarded and replaced by homogeneous phase premixed turbulent flame propagation combustion mode. For the nature gasfired unit, when the unit load is greater than 50% of rated load, the mass concentration of its NOx emission can be controlled below 37mg/m3, which is lower than 50mg/m3, which is the limit value specified in state standard.
