摘要: 摘要:LBGTN型-15t多功能高强钢组合抱杆是山东电力建设第二工程公司研发的新产品,抱杆全部采用高强钢材料制作而成,并在抱杆中间设置了方便拆装的铰接装置,真正实现了单抱杆和铰接抱杆的多用途互换功能。详细介绍了新材料抱杆结构特点、技术难点、钢结构构件制作工艺和质量控制措施。

Abstract: Abstract:The LGBINtype 15t multifunctional highstrength steel combined holding pole is a new product developed by Shandong Electric Power Construction Second Engineering Company. The holding pole is all made of highstrength steel material, and an easily demountable hinged device is installed in the middle of the pole. The multipurpose exchange function of the single holding pole and the hinged holding pole was truly realized. The structure features and the technical difficulties of the new materialmade holding pole were described, and the manufacturing process and the quality control measures of the steel structural components were introduced.
