摘要: 摘要:直接空冷机组在调试、启动过程中,不断暴露出设计、安装、运行方面的问题。针对空冷机组热力系统设计、空冷岛系统冲洗、空冷机组启动、空冷岛冬季防冻以及大风、高温影响等问题进行分析,并积极探索解决问题的思路与办法,以保障直接空冷机组的安全、稳定运行。

Abstract: Abstract:In debugging and commissioning process of the direct aircooled unit, the problems in design, installation and operation of the unit were exposed gradually. The problems of the aircooled unit, such as the thermal system design, the air cooling island flushing, the aircooled unit starting, the freezeproofing of air cooling island in winter and the influences of strong wind and high temperature, were analyzed. The idea and method to solve the problems were explored actively to ensure safe and stable operation of the direct aircooled unit.
