摘要: 摘要:华电国际邹县发电厂 #5锅炉空气预热器部分控制设备损坏,造成间隙控制系统无法正常投用,增加了漏风,影响了锅炉效率。对扇形板间隙控制系统进行改造,将其纳入分散控制系统进行集中控制,改造后有效地控制了空气预热器的径向漏风问题。

Abstract: Abstract:A part of air preheater control equipments of boiler No.5 in Huadian International Zouxian Power Plant was damaged, which caused that the gap control system can not be put into operation normally, the air leakage increased, and the boiler efficiency was affected. The fanshaped plate gap control system was reformed and brought into DCS to realize centralized control. After the reformation, the radial air leakage of the air preheater had been controlled effectively.
