摘要: 摘要:某600MW超临界机组持续运行2年来,高压抽汽参数严重偏离设计值,汽轮机热耗率大幅度增加,极大地影响了机组的安全、经济运行。通过对比机组不同时期运行数据及性能试验结果,从主蒸汽流量、加热器运行参数、级组压比变化等方面分析高压抽汽参数异常的原因,得出了高压缸通流部分发生结垢的结论,提出了揭缸检修的建议,可为汽轮机安全运行及检修提供参考。

Abstract: Abstract:A 600MW unit operates continuously for two years, and its HP steam extraction parameters deviated from the design value seriously. So the heat consumption rate of the unit increased greatly, which influenced on safe and economic operation of the unit vastly. By means of comparison of the operation data and the performance test results of the unit in different periods, considering the main steam flow, the operation parameters of the heaters and the variation of the pressure ratio of stages, the reasons of the abnormal HP steam extraction parameters were analyzed. The conclusion of the analysis is that there is scale formation in the flow path of the HP cylinder, and it was suggested to open the cylinder for maintenance. The result in this paper can be used as reference for safe operation and maintenance of steam turbine.
