摘要： 摘要：广东大唐国际潮州发电有限责任公司1000MW机组运行3年后伺服阀滤网堵塞，出现阀门开启缓慢、指令与反馈偏差大等现象。介绍了伺服阀的工作原理，提出了伺服阀及调速系统正常运行、维护要求,对故障及原因进行分析，通过处理及解体验证了分析的正确性。

Abstract: Abstract:After the 1000MW unit of Guangdong Datang International Chaozhou Power Generation Company Limited operated for three years, the strainer of servo valve was blocked, which caused the valve opened slowly, and the deviation between instruct and feedback signal increased.The working principle of the servo valve was introduced, and the requirements of normal operation and maintenance of the servo valve and the speed governing system were proposed.The fault and reasons were analyzed,the correctness of the analysis was verified by treatment and disassembly.
