摘要:  摘要:探讨了湿烟囱的腐蚀特性和防腐选材,通过试验,详细分析了湿烟囱特种防腐内衬超级奥氏体不锈钢XDS-5的耐蚀性能、力学性能及焊接性能,得出了XDS-5是优良的湿烟囱防腐内衬材料的结论,最后介绍了薄板贴衬工艺。湿烟囱乃至整个湿法烟气脱硫系统的合金化有利于系统运行的稳定和可靠,可有效降低设备的生命周期成本。

Abstract: Abstract:The corrosion property of wet stack and selection of anticorrosion material were discussed. Based on the experiment, the anticorrosion property, the mechanical property and the welding performance of the superaustenitic stainless steel XDS5, which is used as special anticorrosion lining of wet stack, were analyzed. The analysis result shows that XDS5 is an excellent material for anticorrosion lining of wet stack. At last, the thin plate pasting process was introduced. The widespread application of alloy in wet stack and even whole wet FGD system is useful for stability and reliability of the system operation, and the life cycle costs of the equipments can be reduced.
