摘要： 摘要：分析了煤粉输送管道影响煤粉流量的因素,论述了电厂煤粉炉燃烧过程中存在的问题，介绍了微波固体流量计的原理和缺点。采用了一种新型微波固体流量计，克服了传统微波流量计的缺点，可实时在线非接触测量煤粉浓度，有效控制煤粉炉的给粉量。

Abstract: Abstract:The factors influencing on pulverized coal flow in pulverized coal conveying pipeline were analyzed. The problems existed in combustion process of pulverzed coal boiler in power plant were expounded. The principle and the defects of the microwave solid flowmeter were introduced. A newtype microwave solid flowmeter was adopted. The defects of traditional microwave flowmeter were overcome. The realtime noncontact measurement of the pulverized coal density was realized, and the pulverized coal feed quantity of the pulverized coal boiler was controlled effectively.
