摘要: 摘要:对某电厂1065t/h锅炉进行了准东煤与当地煤的掺烧试验,对不同掺烧比例、不同煤质及不同磨煤机掺烧试验时锅炉的综合性能进行分析。通过现场试验和煤质分析比较,掌握了掺烧准东煤不同比例时锅炉运行的安全性和经济性,为掺烧准东煤锅炉提供了合理的运行方式。

Abstract: Abstract:In the 1065t/h boiler of a power plant, an experiment of blending combustion of the east Junggar coal mixed with the local coal was carried out. The comprehensive performance of the boiler under different mixed ratio, different coal quality and different mills was analyzed. Depending on the site experiment and the analysis and comparison of the cola quality, the safety and economic efficiency of the boiler under different blending ratio of east Junggar coal were grasped, which provides guide for the boiler to operate in rational mode under east Junggar coal blending combustion.
