摘要: 摘要:介绍了广东粤电云河发电有限公司正压气力除灰系统的工作原理,探讨了气力除灰系统调试期间容易出现的几个问题,分析了静电除尘器灰斗积灰的原因,并提出了相应的解决措施,对阀门选型以及循环流化床锅炉调试中需要注意的问题给出了建议。

Abstract: Abstract:The working principle of positive pressure pneumatic ash removal system of Guangdong Yudean Yunhe Power Generation Company Limited was introduced, several problems, which often occurred during the pneumatic ash removal system commissioning period, were discussed, the reasons of ash deposition in ash hopper of electrostatic precipitator were analyzed, and relevant resolution was proposed, aiming at the valve type selection and the problems needing attention in circulating fluidized bed boiler commissioning, some suggestions were given.
