摘要: 摘要:介绍了火电厂电除尘器灰斗积灰的危害,以云浮发电厂 #5锅炉相关运行数据以及电除尘器灰斗上附属设备高度为例,分析了灰斗不同灰位的数据,研究了气化风管和平衡管两种判别依据,提出了电除尘器灰斗积灰的判别方法。

Abstract: Abstract:The harm of the ash deposition in ash hopper of electrostatic precipitator in thermal power plant was introduced. Taking the Yunfu Power Plant as example, according to the operation data of the boiler No.5 and the height of the accessory equipment in the ash hopper of the electrostatic precipitator, the data of the ash hopper under different ash level were analyzed. The two distinguish bases depending on the gasification duct and the balance pipe respectively were studied, and a distinguish method of ash deposition in ash hopper of electrostatic precipitator was proposed.
