摘要: 摘要:方向元件是继电保护功能元件的重要组成部分,方向元件的记忆电压用于保证三相出口故障时的正确动作。通过分析电力系统频率偏移对基于傅里叶算法的电流、电压幅值和相位的影响,对正序方向元件的动作特性进行了探讨。针对频率偏移情况下电力系统故障时方向元件记忆电压存在的问题,给出了合理的解决方案。

Abstract: Abstract:The directional element is a major part of relay protection function elements. The memory voltage of directional element is used to ensure the right action during threephase outlet fault. Based on Fourier algorithm, the influence of the frequency deviation of the power system on amplitude and phase of the current and voltage were analyzed. The action features of the positive sequence directional element were discussed in depth. Aiming at the problems of memory voltage of directional element during fault occurrence of power system with frequency deviation, a rational solution was given.
