摘要： 摘要：安徽华电芜湖发电有限公司给煤机控制柜与本体为一个整体，运行期间由于本体振动造成控制柜内接线松动、板卡脱落、板卡故障、电源电压不稳定等故障。将控制柜与本体分离并安装在环境较好的位置，避免了振动造成的给煤机故障，减少了给煤机跳闸次数，保证了设备安全、稳定运行。

Abstract: Abstract:In Anhui Huadian Wuhu Power Generation Company Limited, the coal feeder and its control cabinet are assembled into an integer. During operation, the vibration of the coal feeder caused several faults of the control cabinet, which include the connection wire loosing, the board cards falling off, the board cards failure and the supply voltage fluctuation. The control cabinet had been separated from the coal feeder and installed in a better position. The faults of the control cabinet caused by vibration of the coal feeder were avoided. The tripping accident of the coal feeder was decreased. The equipments operate more safely and stably.
