摘要: 摘要:以600MW超临界机组制粉系统为例,介绍了制粉系统自启停的控制策略,设计了暖磨、启磨、停磨功能组,分析了各个功能组的技术难点,给出了各个功能组具体的控制流程,实现了制粉系统的自启停控制,系统的投运效果证明了控制策略的有效性和合理性。

Abstract: Abstract:Taking the coal pulverizing system of the 600MW supercritical unit as example, the control strategy of automatic startup and shutdown of the coal pulverizing system was introduced. The function groups of mill heat soaking, mill startup and mill shutdown were designed. The technical difficulties of each function group were analyzed. The concrete control processes of each function group were given. The automatic startup and shutdown control of the coal pulverizing system was realized, and the effectiveness and the rationality of the control strategy were verified by the operation result of the system.
