摘要: 摘要:国内火电机组取消烟气换热器,造成烟气余热大量浪费,增设低温省煤器可有效利用余热,但面临受热面低温腐蚀严重的问题。以某660MW空冷机组燃煤锅炉为依托,研究了新型氟塑料材质低温省煤器的应用方案,在计算、分析及经济比较的基础上,给出了针对该机组的最佳方案。

Abstract: Abstract:The gasgas heaters of many domestic thermal power units were cancelled, which caused a lot of waste heat in flue gas. To install the lowtemperature economizer can utilize the waste heat effectively, but it will cause serious lowtemperature corrosion in the heat surface. Depending on the coalfired boiler of a 600MW aircooled unit, an application scheme of novel fluoroplasticmade lowtemperature economizer was researched. Based on calculation, analysis and economy comparison, an optimal scheme for the unit was given.
