直吹式制粉系统运行中出现问题的原因分析及处理

摘要： 摘要：自泸州电厂新建工程2×600MW机组投运以来，制粉系统运行一直存在着磨煤机和分离器堵塞、制粉系统测点工作不正常及一次风机喘振等问题，对出现问题的原因进行了分析，提出了处理措施，直吹式制粉系统运行中出现的问题得到了有效控制。

Abstract: Abstract:After the newbuilt 2×600MW unit of Luzhou Power Plant was put into operation, some problems always existed in operation of the coal pulverizing system, which include the blockage of the mills and the separators, the abnormal condition of the measurement points in the system, the surge of the primary air fan and others. The reasons of the problems were analyzed. The treatment measures were proposed and adopted, and the problems in the directfired pulverizing system were controlled effectively.
