摘要: 摘要:以清水川电厂二期工程为例,介绍了烟气调质系统的原理、工艺流程及系统运行特点,比较了增大电除尘器本体尺寸、安装布袋除尘器、调质剂烟气调质、水调制等方法的技术经济性,分析了SO3,NH3,Na2CO3和磷酸等调质剂的特点,最后选用SO3烟气调质系统,取得了理想的除尘效果。

Abstract: Abstract:Taking the Qingshuichuan Power Plant project phase II as example, the principle, the process flow and the operation features of the flue gas conditioning system were introduced. The technological economic performance of several methods, such as enlargement of the size of the electrostatic precipitator body, the installation of bagtype dust remover, the flue gas conditioning by conditioning agent and the flue gas conditioning by water, were compared. The features of SO3, NH3, Na2CO3 and phosphoric acid used as conditioning agent were analyzed. At last, the SO3 flue gas conditioning system was selected, and ideal dust removal effect was obtained.
