摘要: 摘要:介绍了内蒙古苏里格燃气发电有限责任公司9E型燃气轮机进气过滤系统运行中出现的问题,提出了改造方案,通过运行参数和改造效果的对比,分析了燃气轮机进气压力损失对机组性能的影响。改造后,延长了滤芯及压气机叶片的使用寿命,降低了维护成本,机组性能得到了明显改善。

Abstract: Abstract:The problems, which occurred in operation of incoming air filtration system of 9Etype gas turbine of Inner Mongolia Sulige Gas Power Generation Company Limited, were introduced. The reformation scheme was proposed. Based on comparison of operation parameters and reformation effect, the influence of incoming air pressure loss of the gas turbine on the unit performance was analyzed. After the reformation, the service lives of the filter element and the compressor blade were lengthened. The maintenance cost was reduced, and the unit performance was improved obviously.
