摘要: 摘要:为了提高风机运行效率、降低风机能耗、减少维护成本,湖南华电长沙发电有限公司进行了600MW火电机组锅炉引风机与脱硫增压风机合一的改造。介绍了改造的具体内容并在改造后进行了热态试验,试验证明新引风机能够保证机组在各工况下安全、稳定运行,极大地降低了厂用电率。

Abstract: Abstract:In Hunan Huadian Changsha Power Generation Company Limited, in order to improve the fan operation efficiency, to reduce the fan’s power consumption and to reduce the maintenance cost, the reformation of merging the boiler induced draft fan and the desulphurization booster fan in one was carried out. The concrete content of the reformation was introduced. The hot test after reformation shows that the new induced draft fan can operate safely and stably under various conditions, and the station service power consumption rate was reduced greatly.
