摘要: 摘要:以可编程控制器(PLC)为控制核心,运用模糊自适应比例-积分-微分(PID)控制技术,设计独立运行的温控单元,将蜂窝式脱硝催化剂挤出机分为4个温度控制部分,利用4个统一协调并独立运行的温控单元实现对挤出机温度的精确控制,达到了提高产品质量的目的。

Abstract: Abstract:Using the programmable logic controller (PLC) as the control core; applying the fuzzy selfadaptive PID control technology, an independently operating temperature control unit was designed. The honeycomb fashion denitration catalyst extruding machine was divided into four temperature control parts, using four temperature control units, which operate independently and coordinately, the precise temperature control of the extruding machine was realized, and the product quality was improved.
