摘要:

摘要:根据大容量火电机组回转式空气预热器运行调研结果,针对80%以上机组空气预热器性能出现不同程度恶化导致机组出力被迫下降的情况,通过研究建立回转式空气预热器性能诊断模型,及时发现导致空气预热器性能降低的因素并采取有效预防措施,保证空气预热器始终保持安全、经济运行。经过实例验证,效果良好。

Abstract:

Abstract:According to the survey results of rotary air preheaters in large capacity thermal power units,the performances of more than 80% of rotary air preheaters appear different degree of deterioration and that caused the decreasing of unit output.This paper built the performance diagnosis model and found the reason that caused the performance decreasing of a rotary air preheater,and then it proposed preventive measures to ensure the safe running of an air preheater,which were proved effective by living examples.
