摘要:以神华广东国华粤电台山发电有限公司为例,分析了轴流式引风机在机组快速减负荷(RB)试验后电机轴瓦温度异常升高的原因,认为该风机电机轴肩在特殊工况下运行存在较大问题,其根本原因是风机轴系在特殊工况下运行存在热膨胀受阻现象。经处理后,彻底消除了存在的隐患,保证了引风机在所有工况下都能安全、稳定运行。

Abstract:

Abstract:Taking Shenhua Guangdong Guohua Yudean Taishan Power Generation Company Limited as an example,this paper analyzed the reason of the abnormally increased motor bearing temperature for axial flow fan after the runback (RB) experiment.It is considered that the motor shaft shoulders have great problems when the fan working under special conditions and the root cause is the heat expansion impediment phenomenon of the motor shafting.After some treatments,the hidden danger is thoroughly eliminated,and which ensures the safe and steady operation of the induced draught fan under any conditions.
