摘要:云南华电昆明发电有限公司2×300MW燃煤发电机组经过改造后,从机组再热冷段抽出 部分汽源进行对外供汽,由于在同等负荷下锅炉产汽量增大(每小时增加对外供汽40t左右)导致过、再热器管壁超温的情况时有发生。通过对锅炉脱硝系统、燃烧方面、配风方式进行优化调整,对锅炉管壁超温取得了有效防治。

Abstract:

Abstract:After reforming the 2×300 MW coal fired generators in Yunnan Huadian Kunming Power Generation Company Limited,part of the steam in unit primary re heater is extracted for external steam supply.Since the boiler steam production increases by around 40 ton per hour under the same load,the pipe walls of super heater and re-heater are always over temperature.Optimal adjustment measures on denitrification systems,combustion and air distribution are taken so that pipe wall over temperature problem can be controlled effectively.
