中间仓储式热风送粉系统低氮燃烧优化策略

摘要:

摘要:为降低NO排放质量浓度,根据中间仓储式热风送粉系统中三次风的特性,提出 了将三次风浓淡分离,并使浓侧三次风通入燃烧器的中下部的优化策略。设定种工况,采用计算流体动力学(CFD)软件进行数值模拟对比分析,计算结果表明,该优化策略可有效降低NO排放质量浓度且保证了煤粉的燃尽率。

Abstract:

Abstract:To lower NOx emission mass concentration,based on the characteristics of tertiary air in the storage pulverizing system with hot air uses as primary air,the author indicated an improvement strategy by separating tertiary air by different concentration,and let denser tertiary air into the middle and bottom of combustor.After comparison of six working conditions by using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software,this improvement is effective to lower NOx emission mass concentration and ensure the burn up rate of pulverized coal.
