摘要:针对 QCZ-I型火车入厂煤采制样装置存在的问题,研发了QCZ-型火车入厂煤采制样装置,介绍了该装置的总体结构、大车系统、小车系统、采样系统及制样系统的机械结构优化内容。实践证明,该采制样装置的稳定性、可靠性大大提高,煤种适应性增强,为电厂入厂煤的煤质检测提供了可靠、准确的依据。

Abstract:

Abstract:According to the problem cause by coal sampling device for QCZ-I train handling,this paper introduced a new method to handle this problem.This upgraded device was introduced from its overall structure,big and small car system,sampling system,and sample preparation system and its mechanical structure optimization.Practice shows that stability and reliability of this sampling device has been increased a lot.Also,this device provide accurate basis for monitoring coal quality.
