摘要：阐述了一起水电机组紧急事故造成停机的处理过程，并进行了全面分析，得出事故原因为机组可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)程序设置不合理，实施了修改PLC程序、完善数据库等一系列针对性改进措施，防止同类事故的发生，确保机组安全、可靠运行。

Abstract:

Abstract:This paper introduces and analyzed the emergency shutdown of hydropower caused by an accident, which is due to the unreasonable procedures setting of PLC program. It also give an implementation of a series of improvement measures to prevent similar accidents, and to ensure safe and reliable operation of the unit.
