摘要:

摘要:为了提高二次系统设计、配置、调试、运行维护和管控等一体化技术水平,增强智能变电站二次系统运行维护的效率。通过对智能变电站二次运行维护相关技术体系进行研究,设计和实现了二次虚回路运行维护管理系统,实现了智能变电站二次虚回路可视化设计和配置、基于系统描述的智能变电站二次设备虚端子自动关联配置、二次虚回路版本管控和变更管理及二次虚回路变更影响波及分析、二次虚回路监视、故障诊断定位和可视化展示功能于一体的解决方案,从而有效提高智能变电站二次虚回路运行维护效率和管理水平。

Abstract:To improve secondary system design, allocating, operating maintenance and control integration level, enhance intelligent substation secondary system operating maintenance efficiency, intelligent substation secondary operating maintenance technology was studied, virtual secondary circuit operating maintenance system was designed and implemented. Intelligent substation secondary virtual circuit design, allocation, automatic integrating allocation, version control, alteration control, alteration analysis, virtual secondary circuit monitoring, failure positioning and virtualized presentation was realized. Virtual secondary circuit operating and maintenance efficiency and control was effectively improved.
