摘 要:燃煤机组超净排放改造后,脱硝系统喷氨量整体增加,区域氨逃逸质量浓度增大。为进行基于氨逃逸浓度场的喷氨优化调整试验,需分区域实时测试氨逃逸质量浓度。结合大量测试经验,对M-NH3便携式氨逃逸分析仪现场测试中出现的光路校正、光谱信号强度弱、过滤器堵塞、静电干扰、硫酸铵盐沉积、反射探杆及光学元件污染等问题进行了分析,总结了仪器维护措施,为提高氨逃逸测试的准确性和稳定性奠定基础。

Abstract:After the ultra clean emission transformation of coal fired power unit, the amount of ammonia injected of denitrification system and mass concentration of regional ammonia escape were both increased. In order to conduct the ammoniainjected optimization test based on the concentration field of ammonia escape, the regional realtime mass concentration test of ammonia escape is necessary. Combined with a large number of testing experiences, this paper analyzes the problems of the M-NH3 portable ammonia escape analyzer that appeared in the field test, such as the light path correction, weak spectral signal, filter clogging, electrostatic interference, ammonium sulfate deposition, and the pollution of reflection probes and optical components, etc. After that, this paper summarizes the instrument maintenance measures, which improves the accuracy and stability of ammonia escape test.
