摘 要:超超临界机组热负荷和蒸汽参数高,因此对水汽品质的要求也高。水汽中SiO2含量非常低,而目前电厂普遍采用的分光光度法测定误差较大,在这种情况下,如何准确监测汽水系统中的SiO2含量的变化,有效指导化学制水及调整水质,是化验分析面临的一个技术难题。以某公司1050MW超超临界直流机组为例,从药品、方法、环境、仪器等方面查找误差原因,优化、完善试验操作,有效提高了分光光度法测定汽水SiO2质量浓度的准确度。

Abstract:Ultrasupercritical requires high quality water vapor.SiO2 contains is very low. The tolerance of existing spectrophotometry method to measure SiO2 content is very big. So that, it is difficult to monitor the varying of SiO2 content. Take a 1050MW ultracritical onethrough unit as example, this paper examined the tolerance causes from drug, method, environment and instrument. Test operation and procedure was improved. SiO2 mass concentration accuracy was significantly increased.
