摘 要:以贵州华电桐梓发电有限公司为案例,阐述了安全风险等级管控在火电厂工程管理中的创新应用。从安全风险等级管控提出的背景、基本思路、管控重点环节、具体措施、实施效果等5个方面进行了具体描述,分析了火电项目在不同施工阶段、不同区域对应不同的安全风险等级,利用总平面目视化安全风险分析手段进行超前预控,并加强过程管控,确保基建长周期安全目标的实现。

Abstract:Taking the Guizhou Huadian Tongzi Power Generation Company Limited as an example, this paper introduced the innovative application of security risk level control in engineering management of coalfired power plant. Detailed described the security risk level control from five aspects: background, basic thoughts, key links, specific measures and operating effects, and analyzed the security risk levels of coalfired power project at different construction stages and different areas. After that, it precontrolled the security risk using the total plane visualized security risk analysis method and strengthened the process control, which ensured the realization of construction security for a long period.
