摘要:长期以来,一次风粉的精细测量和控制在电厂应用有限,导致风粉的调整十分粗放,很大程度上制约了锅炉燃烧优化及调整的效果。以鲁阳电厂 #1锅炉为例,介绍了采用新型风粉精确测量系统、风粉均衡调整的技术,实现了锅炉制粉系统的精细调控和均衡燃烧,再热器等受热面壁温偏差明显减少,CO生成量大幅下降,燃烧后烟气CO,NOx,O2在炉膛截面分布均匀,对脱硝系统的运行、节能减排都起到了重要作用。

Abstract:For a long time, the application of primary air and powder accurate measurement and control in power plants is very limited. Therefore, the adjustment of air and powder is very extensive, and limited the combustion performance. Take Luyang power plant boiler No.1 as example, introduced the new type accurate air and powder measure system, airpowder balance adjustment .Accurate boiler pulverizing adjustment and balance combustion was fulfilled. CO production was reduced. CO, NOxand O2 uniformly distributed in combustor. It played an important role in the operation of the system, energy saving and emission reduction. 
