摘要:某发电公司#9锅炉 #1排粉机电机大轴发生断裂,综合外观检查和各项试验结果,认为排粉机电机大轴变截面处因过热而产生性能差的魏氏组织,在大轴运转时的应力集中作用下沿变截面产生裂纹,形成裂源点,裂纹逐渐扩展,最终产生断裂。

Abstract:A power plant’s No.9 boiler No.1 mill exhauster main shaft was broken. By appearance inspection, widmanstatten structure, caused by overheat, was found at the sections varied area. Thus, the main reason caused breakage was determined that crack generated at sections varied area by concentrated stress while main shaft operating. Creaks extended gradually, and finally caused breakage.
