摘要:

为了更好地控制水电站月牙肋岔管组合焊缝的检验质量,采用相控阵检测技术并结合该类工件的结构特点对其进行扇形扫查。现场检出的未焊透深度与解剖结果基本一致。结果表明,超声相控阵检测速度快,灵活性好,准确度高,缺陷显示更为直观,同时解决了常规超声波检测对未焊透深度不能精确定量的问题。

Abstract:

To better control the quality inspection of hydraulic power plant crescentrib steel bifurcated pipe composite welds, phased array technology was adopted for sector scanning. The scanning result is very close to dissection. Which proved that ultrasonic phased array inspection is fast, accurate. It also can accurately measure incomplete penetration depth, which is not capable of traditional ultrasonic inspection.
