摘要:

介绍了印尼芝拉扎1×660MW超临界机组主要设备及旁路控制系统配置的概况,针对机组快速甩负荷(FCB)工况对旁路控制系统的要求,以及FCB预备性试验时旁路控制系统的响应情况,对旁路系统控制策略进行了改进和优化,最终达到了预期的控制效果,顺利完成了100%负荷下的FCB试验,可供其他同类机组旁路控制系统设计与优化时参考。

This paper introduced Indonesia Cilacap 1×660MW ultracritical unit major equipment and bypass control system. Based on the requirement for bypass control system under fast cut back (FCB) operation condition, the bypass control system was improved. After improvement, the unit passed 100% load FCB test. Which can be referred by similar bypass control system design and improvement project. 
