摘要:

某电厂 #4磨煤机一次风管易出现堵塞特征,多次检查、调整,仍无法解决。对该制粉系统的粉管风速、煤粉细度、粉管煤粉质量分数进行测试,确认堵塞的原因是煤粉局部富集。对磨煤机进行分离器挡板检查测量调整后,一次风管未再出现堵塞迹象,问题得到解决。

Abstract:

Blockage frequently happened on a power plant’s No.4 pulverizer. After times of examination and adjustment, this problem remained. By tests of powder pipe air speed, coal powder fineness and powder concentration, the cause of blockage was determined as partial powder aggregation. After adjusting pulverizer separator damper, blockage was eliminated.
