摘要:以福建华电可门发电有限公司 #4机组在“9.19”事件中出现的一次调频动作不合格现象为背景,阐述了600MW超临界火力发电机组一次调频指令的形成原理。针对该机组一次调频动作量不合格的问题,结合实际分析了原因,并提出了逻辑优化方案。

Abstract:Took the incident of primary frequency modulation disqualification happened in Fujian Huadian Kemen Power Generation Company Limited unit 4, the principle of 600MW ultracritical thermal power unit primary frequency modulation was introduced. Combine with the practice, the plan for logic improvement was indicated. 
