提高某600MW亚临界机组节能经济性途径研究

摘要:

为满足国家《煤电节能减排升级与改造行动计划(2014—2020)》的要求,针对湛江中粤能源有限公司600MW机组能耗指标偏高的问题,研究了通过节能一体化改造技术提高机组运行经济性的技术路线,主要研究内容包括:汽轮机通流改造、锅炉受热面改造、增设外置式蒸汽冷却器、真空系统节能优化、热力系统优化、空预器降阻、循泵高低速改造以及提升主、再热汽温改造等项目。通过理论计算并结合同类型机组的改造经验可知,改造后机组额定工况下的供电煤耗预计可降低约19g/(kW·h),本项目的研究结果可为同类型机组节能改造提供有益的参考。

Abstract:

Based on the requirement of Transformation and Upgrading of Coal for Energy Conservation and Emissions Reduction Plan of Action 2014 to 2020, the energyconsumption index of Zhanjiang Zhongyue Energy Company Limited’s 600MW unite was too high. After studying on steam turbine path flow, boiler heating surface, outside steam cooler, vacuum system, thermodynamic system, air preheater, circulating pump and theoretical calculation, net coal consumption would be lowered to 19g/(kW·h).This paper could be referred by similar unit and project.
