摘要:

燃气轮机发电效率与空气进气温度密切相关。随着大气温度升高,空气密度降低,流经燃气轮机的空气流量相应减少,从而引起燃气轮机发电效率下降。冷媒水在冷却器的管内流动,空气在管外流动。通过冷媒水和空气之间的热交换,实现燃机进口空气的冷却。以GE LM2500型航改机作为参考设备,讨论利用联合循环余热系统对燃机进气进行冷却的实际效果。

Abstract:

Generating efficiency of gas turbine is closely relate to intake air temperature. With air temperature increased, the density of air and the quantity of air flow through gas turbine decreased. And gas turbine generating efficiency decreased. Coolant and air flow inside and outside of cooler. The heat exchange between them realized air cooling. This paper took GE LM2500, remade from airplane engine, as research target, actual cooling result of applying combined cycle waste heat system to cooling gas turbine intake air was discussed.
