湖北襄阳发电厂一次风机振动大的处理

摘要：

以湖北襄阳发电厂一次风机振动大故障为例，面对一次风机振动大原因复杂(包括轴承磨损和不平衡)的局面，利用EA专家系统准确发现了轴承故障并更换轴承。更换轴承后，仍然存在水平振动大的问题，进一步分析并做动平衡处理，彻底解决了一次风机振动大的问题。

Abstract:

Taking the large vibration problem of primary air fan for Hubei Xiangyang Power Plant as an example, and facing the situation of its complicated reasons, including the bearing wear and unbalance, this paper found the failure bearing accurately using the EA expert system and replaced it. After that, the large horizontal vibration problem still existed. Then a further analysis was conducted and a dynamic balance treatment was dealt with, At last, the large vibration problem of primary air fan was solved completely.
