摘要:

随着调度自动化系统的发展,各级调度横向集成、纵向贯通的力度不断加大,上下级模型、数据按需共享的需求不断涌现。而传统模型拼接的模型,信息共享方式操作繁琐,且对于过期模型的清理涉及商用库的操作,存在影响运行系统模型的风险。提出了基于多源数据的分布式实时数据库迁移技术,高效便捷,可有效规避上述风险。分析了目前电网调度自动化系统实时数据库迁移方式的优缺点,介绍了相关的关键技术,该技术在广东中调OCS中成功应用,提高了模型维护效率,保障了模型安全,提升了调度系统一体化运行水平,为省、地级智能电网建设提供了有力的技术支持。

Abstract:

With the development of automatic scheduling system, the transverse integration and vertical through of stages of scheduling system is kept being enhanced. The requirements of sharing of model and data between stages became more and more. The conventional model, due to complicated sharing method and related to operation on commercial library, has the risk that affect the system model. The distributed realtime database migration technology based on multisource data was indicated. Which is high efficiency and fast, and effectively avoid risks mentioned above. Pros and cons of existing data migration method of power grid scheduling automatic system was analyzed. Relative key technology was introduced. The implementation of this technology on Guangdong Power Grid Corporation Center for Power Scheduling and Control OCS proved that this technology increased the model maintenance efficiency, ensured the safety, enhanced the integration of scheduling system, and provided technical support to provincial and local intelligent power grid construction.
