摘要:

对华电国际奉节发电厂烟气系统加装烟气余热回收-再热装置(MGGH)中烟冷器堵灰的原因进行了分析,通过经验总结找出了解决问题的方法,使机组运行中烟冷器的运行状态得到了改善,同时脱硫吸收塔出口的净烟气温度得到提高,保证了吸收塔尾部烟道及烟囱的运行安全,解决了烟囱烟羽现象。

Abstract:

In this paper, based on the gas system in Huadian International Fengjie Power Plant, the cause of ash fouling in media gasgas heater (MGGH) was analyzed. According to the actual operation experience of such system, the effective treatments to solve ash fouling were proposed, which improved the MGGH performance and increased the gas temperature from the outlet of desulfuration absorber tower. Finally, the treatments were proved to be capable of ensuring the operation safety of absorber tower rear flue and chimney, and solving the plume phenomenon in chimney.
