主变压器非电量保护误动原因分析及预防措施

摘要:

针对某电厂 #9机组非计划停运事故,通过试验分析及检查,发现绕组温度控制器中的一体化变流器烧损,绕组温度异常升高,造成非电量保护误动,主变压器出口开关跳闸,最终导致机组停机。根据相关标准的要求,将非电量保护由跳闸改投信号,并提出了非电量保护跳闸压板停用后的运行防范措施及处置方案,防止机组非计划停运。

Abstract:

Based on the accident of a power plant unit No.9 nonplaned outage, by test analysis and inspection, the integrated converter in winding temperature controller was found burn, and caused winding temperature raising and nonelectric protection action. After main transformer outlet tripped, unit stopped. Based on relative standards, the prevention and treatment measurements were indicated after nonelectric protection trip switch was outofservice, to prevent nonplaned outage.
