摘要:

湿法脱硫后的饱和湿烟气具有极强的腐蚀性,目前国内主要防腐工艺为玻璃鳞片或玻璃钢,受防腐寿命及施工质量影响较大。在湿式除尘器运行过程中普遍存在“电火花”现象,“电火花”的存在会导致阳极管局部碳化,严重的甚至会击穿阳极管。中国华电科工集团有限公司自主研发的无外壳式湿式除尘器,不仅解决了阳极支撑梁的防腐问题,更提出了1种阳极检修更换的方法。

Abstract:

Postdesulfurizationsaturated wet flue gas ion corrosivity. Common anticorrosion material in China is glass flake or glass fiber reinforced plastics, which are affected by lifetime and installation quality. Electrosparkiscommon while wet precipitator operating. Which caused carbonization at anode or anode breakdown. The nonshell wet type precipitator, independently developed by China Huadian Engineering Company Limited, provided solution for anode support beam, and indicated an anode maintenance method.
