摘要:

电厂锅炉燃用煤质变差导致灰渣量大大增加,造成刮板捞渣机尾部积渣不断增多,影响刮板捞渣机的稳定运行。通过采取加装喷淋装置、张紧轮轴套筒,更换挡渣帘、挡渣帘轴材质等措施,实现了捞渣机的零非停,有效提高了机组的安全性与稳定性。

Abstract:

Slag quantity was significantly increased due to worse coal quality, and caused more and more slag accumulation at tail end of scarper slag salvaging machine. By adding spray system, adding tension shaft sleeve, changing slag curtain material and other measurements, unit safety and stability was enhanced, zero nonemergency stop was realized.
